Had that too. Using a AR and still had ammo in, it just stopped shooting. Had to release the trigger and press it again. And it was a fully automatic AR (the GEK), not a burst one.

Try to fit the weapon and check the CPU difference before and after you fit it. The weapon stats does not actually change, it's only the CPU it use after you fit it.

I had problems with the AR fire. Holding the fire button sometime the AR just stops fire and have to release the button and press it again. And no, it was'n a burst AR and yes, I still had bullets in my magazine. Anyone else encountered this?

5. BUG:Shield upgrades not giving 3% reduction - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
I don't do vehicles so that was for my suit. I even got my Shield Upgrades to lvl4 and I could see the CPU used lowering when using Complex or Enhanced extenders.

Works ok for me. With lvl 3 Shield Upgrades skill and using a Enhanced Shield Extender I get a reduction of 3 CPU units after I fit it in. The Complex give even more.

I sometime get micro freeze, and some on the most annoying moments, when I turn and face a enemy that starts fire on me. It's like the game try to cache something (maybe some textures ?).
